Creating a new type of box joint jig that makes the teeth of the desired size without changing the saw blade of the table saw /
This jig has a fine adjustment dial that adjusts the fit strength, allowing detailed woodworking.
Designed to work safely and comfortably.
The table saw project will continue and I will come back with more cool ideas.

Impressive design and execution. One enviable aspect to life in the Orient is easier access to hardware and materials that are practically unobtainable on the high central prairies of North America. I'm saving this video for further study. Thank you.

I have my doubts, making all this with solid wood, it will warp with the humidity and all you beautiful work will not slide again. And pls stop with the thumbs up thing.

This is made for me. If there is a problem, make it again. Don't worry, it's not for you. These are woods that have been dried for many years and I would do better with an oil finish. And my thumb is mine.

Sorry, i don't make drawings. So I can't give you a drawing. It's not a complicated structure, so make it yourself.

Sim, eu tenho duas serras na minha bancada. Um para cortar e outro para ranhurar lâminas de serra de 8 mm. Eles compartilham uma cerca-guia e uma pista de mitra.

Does it have the ability to adjust the grooving gap without changing the saw blade?? The key point of the jig is this feature.

Is there a video anywhere that shows how you made the saw that is under the table on the right side of your table saw? I'd like to see how you made it to raise and lower. After reading I see there is no video. Do you have still pics anywhere of what it looks like under the table?

So it's a kerfmaker and a dado jig in one. Pretty cool! Is this locked in to one table saw blade or can you change the blades and it'll still work (with some fine tuning of your adjustment screw)?

This will still work after changing blades. It works the same way. However, the thinner the blade, the greater the number of cuts. In the video I used an 8mm thick blade.

My saw blade was purchased from a small local company in Korea. They produce a variety of blades of good quality. But I don't know if they ship internationally. So on Monday I will contact them and reply back.

That's because I haven't created the router table yet. It is a jig that can be used for router tables as well.

Hi My workbench has two table saw blades, one with 2.4mm and one with 8mm saw blade. An 8mm saw blade was used in this video.

The second table saw is a grooving saw that uses an 8mm thick saw blade. Unfortunately, I couldn't make a video of the process of making this. So there is no video.

It was made by me by modifying a Makita circular saw. The 8mm saw blades are produced here in a small factory in Korea.
