Reimax knows what they're doing for sure. Aussies have some killer RBs too, more than any other place on the planet IMO. Check out Croydon Racing Dev (builders of JUN II, current fastest 1/4mile GTR), hi power performance's white BNR34, etc there are some stunning RBs out there

I can't imagine how delightful and saddening this would have been for Mr Tsuchiya. We live these lives and are never unsure of just how amazing one particular era is until you blink and it's gone. I can only imagine the memories he has of this era. Not just of the cars but the locations, people, family, events.......life in general.

he did say he was running a motec so maybe the stock ecu is just running piggyback for the a/c and such (if he even kept a/c)

​@@mrkouki180sx Gotta admit I haven't fiddled much with modern cars, R32 and up being just that for me, up until a couple of years ago my newest car was built in 1984 and everything after that just kinda took wiring & engine/auxiliary complexity to a whole new level 😂 But I take it all cars with A/C has A/C controlled by ECU (solenoid or something) to regulate engine load? Aren't aftermarket ECU's capable of this?

Its truly amazing, the engine builds is very impressive, its still using twin turbo & individual throttle body, and using 20 psi of boost, 650hp for the setup like this is pretty crazy,

Better not bring this car to Australia or they'll blow their tops off! Especially Holden Commodore V8 fans. A VR Commodore had no answer to the GTR32 only a European Ford Sierra RS Cos-worth. The R32 GTR was the king until outlawed by the Aussies.

It’s a dream of mine to own a r32 or r33 I bought a lc500 this year because of how crazy the prices are, I’m learning Japanese in hopes when I go there I can do my dream build 2.8 r32 or r33 I’m leaning more towards the 33 because better downforce higher speeds. “Sigh” Covid really messed up all the good deals.

that engine is running 14.0:1 Air fuel ratio UNDER BOOST. that is BAD. it needs to be in the 12's (under boost) otherwise its going to blow up so fast

@@DriftNick the digital gauge to the left of the red cutoff switch ? it most certainly is. under boost the best it read was 13.8. even DK said himself. "I feel 8500 is a waste" meaning it was dropping off in power. its running lean
