Did they send this for you to review? WARNING!! I have had nothing but trouble with this company. I bought a W103 Pro and was having troubles and I reached out to them and at first they tried to help but nothing was working so for over 2 weeks I have been requesting a return. They are basically threatening me that I shouldn't ask for a return and my money back because "shipping costs are expensive" and "it will probably get lost in shipping". So if it works for you great but if it doesn't, you are going to have a hell of a time trying to return it. There are a lot of limitations with using Apple Car Play and Android Auto...don't think the map service will work like it does on your phone or tablet.

I am going through the same thing. The support sucks, if you end up with problems you might as well throw it a way and buy from another company. Their 2 year warranty is useless

Don't place the unit face down, risking scratches to the screen. Btw: turning the camera inside is good for Uber and other riding programs. Nice review 👌

The one thing that I hate about this unit is there is no where that you could plug an external mic. For me, I had to do a trade-off between having the dash cam or having an external mic. I hate having to choose between the two, but I make a lot of phone calls while driving and audio quality is more important to me.

The mic is through your cars stereo (bluetooth)

Your phone handles the phone calls so you have the option of using your phone or as I do a bluetooth headset. Most people will simply use the car's mic and speakers thru bluetooth

I set the time & date but every time I turn the car off it resets. so everyday i would need to set it to proper date/time. any suggestions, customer service was no help on this.

Does this come with the SiriusXM app already installed? I assume it's the streaming app and not the satellite app? Have you tried it? I'm curious as to how it sounds through Bluetooth. My 2024 Jetta doesn't come with SiriusXM, and using my phone is a bit too small. I'm trying to find a screen like this that I can use the app on directly, and not use carplay. This is the first model I've seen with SiriusXM.

There are 3 options to output sound to the car's speakers - AUX cable from unit to your car or FM radio transmitter or wireless by connecting it through bluetooth (your phone will run 2 sessions of bluetooth, one to the unit and one to the car, works great).

I have the W103 pro. I've used both the fm transmitter and aux plug. Both sound very bad. Update- I emailed carpuride and they sent me a firmware update. So far the audio sounds better

Can this unit pair with more than one phone? Most that I've looked at can only pair with one, making them useless for families where multiple people drive the car.

I heard back from Carpuride after asking if any of their units can pair with more than one phone so multiple drivers can use the same car. They said no. "If you are using Carplay, you need to forget the Bluetooth and WiFi of the first phone on the device to connect to the second phone".

Do not bay will break in few day's or week's hands-free, freeze etc. talk like robot if you like to send product back they will say the product can get lost or they can make lost I think.....carpuride w903 from China
