We had a teacher in our Secondary School who had a zero tolerance for bullying. He was absolutely awesome, one time a girl thought it would be funny to put superglue in another girl’s hair meaning a big chunk of it had to be cut off. The teacher immediately suspended the bully for a week and when she returned to school she had a month of lunchtime and after school detentions. According to the bully’s little sister (who also got badly treated by her older sister) her mother tried to complain saying the punishment was too harsh, apparently the teacher laughed and said, ‘Good! Hopefully that’ll mean she’ll never do something so horrible again to another student and she can spend the time thinking how damaging it was to the girl having to have her hair all cut off.’
@nopcshere60979 ай бұрын
One douche bag in my class did that to me in grade 10, except it was using gum. My teacher instructed me to go to the barbers and have it cut out, and then have the barber shop provide a receipt for the cost and he would stick the bully with the tab! So when I went to have it cut the barber started pulling her comb through my hair and discovered it was bigger than thought (I had warned her about it). A big chunk of my hair had to be cut out and restyled but the idiot got stuck with the tab! There are some teachers who will stick up for their students still.

Right on. Bullying tendencies need to be addressed when kids are young. The punishment NEEDS to make an impact. If it’s allowed to fester and continue, if kids learn they can get away with their shitty behavior, it’s gonna be set in stone as their brains reach maturity and they’re gonna become shitty, abusive adults. As an engineering student, we usually knew who the kinesiology and exercise science students were because they would be partying all the time instead of studying. If you are looking to push students physically and athletically, it doesn't help to have someone who sets the benchmark to a biologically inferior height. Plus she was keeping the video as a trophy. Chris took great amusement in tormenting those she sees as beneath her, such as Carrie White. On the day of the incident there is a scene showing Chris sharing the video with her friends. And later she hacks the video monitors at prom and plays it from her phone, as if humiliating Carrie with the blood dump wasn't enough. No amount of revenge was enough for Chris and she would stop at nothing to 'punish' Carrie, because she saw Carrie as the reason she was barred from prom (while denying her own shitty behavior).

Chris is nothing but a piece of work, I would have liked to see the look on her father's face he sees what a horrible person she really is and I would like to see how she reacts when she hears her father saying she's grounded. Chris should have been in juvenile detention for girls or prison and as for her boyfriend what do you all think he belongs to jail maybe? I would have liked to see the other students parents react of what they did to Carrie, they be punished as well. I really hate how others been treated like bullying, I had to help someone on the year of 2001 when i was a child who was once been bullied back at Terramar Ridge kindergarten. I wrote a note to the principle and explained the whole story and that kid did the same thing by writing a letter to the principle as well. The principle was both unhappy after reading our words about what happen and had to make a call to the bullies parents and proud that we had to inform the grownups what happen that very day. The bullies were suspended for three months and doing community service, and we were rewarded with pride, the principle announced a program of "Stop The Bullying, End The Bullying". As years rolled by I Graduated HighSchool and never been bullied again, there's is a lesson we all must learn from our mistakes or else we will be doomed to repeat them.
