Sound Author it was personal, but it's still a speech. I think something more 'personal' would probably have made her started to cry. You could tell she had to take deep breaths to get through it. She was fantastic though - but the emotions was there under the surface, obviously.

I was in the middle of Animal Kingdom when I got the news about Carrie. I sat on a bench in Dinoland USA and cried for an hour. I've always been a star wars fan as well as a skywalker fan. We'll miss you Carrie!! In the words of Lor San Tekka, "she'll always be royalty to me!! MTFBWY!!

I was in Walt Disney World at Hollywood Studios when news broke that Carrie had passed away (had gone on Star Tours not long before it was announced). As soon as I heard, I ran to the gift shop on Sunset Blvd that sells a lot of Star Wars merch and looked for anything with Princess Leia on it. Unfortunately this was around the time that Rogue One was coming out in theaters so there wasn't a lot from the original trilogy. However, I managed to get my hands on a Princess Leia Alex & Ani bracelet which I now treasure. There will never be anyone like Carrie Fisher. May the force be with you, always

She was a wonderful person and I also feel very sad. I still can´t believe she isn´t with us anymore. Her interpretation of that role made her so famous and it seemed like she will always among the fans. The world seemed still not imagineable without her. But to say the truth: I believe in some sort of Afterlife and that the life is not ended with death. So I hope she is still there and sees us. I really believe and absolutely hope it.
