Apparently she does because this absolutely took place on Wednesday July 12th, 2017 in DC at Nationals Stadium for the Microsoft 2017 Inspire conference attendees.

Oh, well I saw a video of her in June this year and she had short hair. Not trying to argue, just explaining what I saw.

I was at Inspire but I left the stadium because it was so hot. I heard she didn't come on till 9pm? Was she really wearing daisy dukes? Was she worth it?

Yes and Yes! It was a great show and then Microsoft capped it off with a huge firework show but yes it was really hot so I totally understand.
