Carrie DeJong-Brown I cut small pieces of glad plastic wrap and place them under my lid after I do the Vaseline. I find I can get right under my water line and reach my lower lashes better than with a chunky pad. Plus it stays in place and is much cleaner! Just another tip I learned from a Finnish beauty therapist I lived with while traveling abroad. :)

This is a really cool video! My lashes are actually two different colors. Near the root they're a dark blonde and as they go out to the tips it's a very light blonde. Which makes my lashes look very short and stubby. So I need to try this!

Girl idk how you don’t get any in your eye, I do my own too and always get it in my eye no matter how hard I try not to, lol. Anyway, wanted to suggest you try Godefroy 28 day mascara (dye kit) from Amazon. You don’t have to mix dye and developer and you only have to leave it on for 5 minutes. It’s super black! Also the kit comes with little under eye pads. The panty liners are hilarious, ha! Thanx for the video.

Esti here - I did learn lash and brow tinting in school forever ago. First time doing my own, so wanted to do more research 1st. I do have some tips. I'd use lash primer 1st, the kind for lash extensions. This will help the color hold & stay longer. I'd also use lash tape on the upper and lower lids to protect skin. Not a big fan of rubbing the dye into the eyes with a wash cloth. Get in the shower and do a full eye rinse with warm water.

Try using a corneal shield for the eye you’re tinting! Helps to protect from the dye getting into your eyes and prevent stinging. It’ll help to get 100% of each eyelash!

Ani Johnson Chestnut Hanna works on lashes and brows. Leave on until the hanna dryes completely. Wash off with warm water! For longer lashes and brows, apply vaseline with a tip every night to the base of the lashes. Wash in the morning !
