Same! But it gives me anxiety that the employee has to go and tell them. I remember when I worked in retail...I got such bad anxiety anytime I had to be confrontational with a customer. 🙈🙈

Anabelle they should’ve filmed inside one of the fitting rooms, then the employee probably wouldn’t have cared. Someone probably complained because a) they were blocking at least 4 rooms, b) most people would be uncomfortable being caught on film

I’m also a size 12 but I am not curvy. I have very flat hips and butt and am more fluffy in the tummy. Low to mid rise slim cut jeans work best for me. I wish I was curvy though. :)

I think “curvy” to these brands means an hourglass or perhaps pear shape, just more junk in the thighs and ass body type and that’s why Carrie’s didn’t fit as well and there was more fabric

I got really lucky, went to an outlet and hr had sent them every pair to for people to try out even the online only and I got 4 pair for $25 each. I’m a size 12 and I do notice the waist is smaller but they do fit well.

I just want to thank you for helping me be more open minded when it comes to sizes. I’m midsize too (size 10-12) and was looking for a graduation dress and I found one I LOVED but they only had a 7 and a 15. I tried the 15 just to see and it fit sooo perfectly, just proving more that sizing is just all over the place!

I really wish I had body confident role models like you two when I was younger. This video makes me happy. Watching this as adult now, it’s so inspiring and really uplifting to see how two body shapes who share the same jean size can rock a pair in different ways! Not to mention the constant hyping each other up and supporting each other! I love! Funny enough, the concept of sharing the same size but not sharing the same body structure never really clicked for me when i was younger, especially being an insecure girl who shared the same size with my friends in my ballet class. Even in my middle school ballet days, I was shorter than the other girls, and starting to get hips and a booty. I always wondered why does this costume fit one way on this girl, but this costume makes my hips pop out...even though we we wore the same costume size. Sizing up was never an option because then the costume would be way to big. It definitely made me feel invite, but watching this now...I want to tell my little twelve year old that every single body is different and their all beautiful! So thank you Sierra and Carrie! You’re making it so much easier for another young girl (or boy) going though the same struggles. I can’t thank y’all enough! 💖

I think the reason a lot of these fit Sierra better is because her body type is actually curvy she has the wider hips and thighs where Carrie has a more narrow build. I work in a jean store and it drives me up the wall when people assume that just because they’re in a bigger size a curvy fit is going to be flattering it when in reality it’s about hip and thigh ratio to waist size. Carrie is probably always going to have that extra fabric because of her body type. Sierra if she was a size 2 or 22 will probably always find curvy jeans flattering.

LOFT has my favorite curvy jeans! I'm thinner but have wider thighs/hips than most "thin" girls. I just feel like curvy are always more comfortable than regular, especially skinnies. LOFT also offers quite a few different washes/styles even in curvy cut

Maurice’s basic jeans are the best for your self confidence for sure!!! Their sizes run BIG! So if you’re a 12 you’ll probably wear an 8 or 10 depending on the cut! I used to be a size 22/24 and I always wore a 16/18 in Maurice’s jeans! I loved it! Then after significant weight loss I went to a size 6 but my Maurice’s jeans were a 2/4! It was crazy! Now I am happily sitting somewhere between an 10 & 12 depending on the brand and cut! Thanks for these videos girls! You’re both absolutely gorgeous and I love your energy and attitudes! ❤️❤️❤️

I’m a personal stylist and I can tell you that they test midrise first to see how curvy fit sells because it’s universally flattering (for most, not for everyone) and across the US they sell the most. So as curvy fits are successful they will probably branch out into high-rise 🤗

I think it's great that curvy jeans are being offered in various brands; different people who are curvy might feel comfortable with low rise, some may prefer the high rise, some the mid rise. I'd like to see stores start to offer curvy options + the various rise options as well! I personally fit well into the curvy jeans at old navy but because I'm a little taller, and prefer higher rise, I buy my size online (not available in stores) in tall. 😊

Found your video during a fit of desperation after discovering Old Navy discontinued their curvy line-the only jeans my dd feels comfortable wearing. I totally understand Old Navy's need to be on trend but not everyone can wear super skinny Rock Star or Power Slim Straight jeans it swears works for every body type.If they do power to ya, sorry! It was such a relief to find a honest,unsponsored video about fit and jean brands where the women trying the jeans weren't models and in the end, we came to the same conclusion that Walmart Time and Tru jeans fit my dd the best. Sizing for women’s clothes is absolutely crazy and I’m so glad you make these types of videos. I’m usually a size 10, but I just bought these shorts from Abercrombie and had to size up to a 14. Last year, this would have crushed me. Now? I honestly don’t care. Sizing is so inconsistent and it honestly doesn’t matter to me what size my pants are, as long as they look cute :)

Old Navy jeans have become my favorite. The curvy fit does leave more room for my but/hips/thighs and they come in a long which I have to have. Both of those sizing options are so hard to find in one jean especially at a reasonable price! Fun video :)

My favorite pair of skinny jeans are actually my Levi's mid-rise skinny jeans. I LOVE them and the way they look on me, and they hit at my ankles perfectly! I am all for high rise jeans, the rest of my jeans are high rise. But sometimes you have to give something different a chance. I only wanted high rise jeans until I found these Levi's, and I adore them! I'm a plus size girl.

I love finding out Walmart jeans run small because I don’t have money to shop anywhere else so I thought that that’s how they were supposed to fit and now knowing that there small makes me feel way better ❤️❤️

I'm literally wearing the Old Navy Curvy 12s while watching this, they're my go to! The only thing I don't like about them is that all their other pants get cool names like Rockstar or Stevie, and mine are called "Curvy Short" haha But this was really cool to see all these different brands! I'm kind of halfway between you both, Sierra's height with a body shape more like yours, so it was nice to see how all of these might work for me!

Time N Tru are my favorite brand ever. They are made for curvy girls, are cheap, and are so freaking cute!! And not only do they have great jeans, their other clothes are so cute and fashionable

I’m between a 12-14 in Walmart Jeans. I recently picked up a pair of Ibiza style jeans in a size 12 from Urban Planet. They’re high rise skinny jeans with a bit of a stretchier material and I love them!

You should try means at Maurice's. They have all sizes in the same store and offer so many different cuts. They also carry Silver and Vigoss brands. I'm a curvy girl and I love the Vigoss jeans! They also have really cute clothes and have awesome sales and coupons!!
