Sorry if I sound tired, but I've logged a lot of hours so far this league start. Too much fun and so much to learn. :)
Anyways, here is the build update to my Path of Exile Affliction league starter, Carrion Golem Minion Guardian. It has been very good to play so far, but wanted to address some of the questions I've been getting and additionally talk about the new spectres and charms. Additionally included and economy update because we are fighting the SRS players for gear and wanted to provide some alternatives/suggestions.

I league started RF, like I have been for the last couple of leagues. Walking simulators unite, haha. I really like how this build looks. I know SRS Guardian was very FotM this league. But like you, I'm not a fan of minions you have to summon over and over again. I'm going togive this a try! Looks pretty thicc. Thanks!

I dig the changes and have been loosely following your previous video. I had a couple questions: Is there a PoB for this build yet? Can you talk about where Haste, Precision and Grace are slotted on your previous PoB? They’re down at the bottom and I don’t know what that means? With the affliction specters, do these run permanently once cast? Can you tell my why you chose elemental weakness on the build for the ring? Have you swapped out of Profane Proxy?

If Ive been playing SRS and already have my trigger wand - where do you get the 5th golem from? or should I just stash it and use Clayshaper for now?

Yea, it's from ClayShaper. There's a breakpoint where having a good wand with 4 golems is better than ClayShaper with 5 golems. Unfortunately, it's a different point for every build and would need to be PoB'd to figure out exactly.

@@firkzgaming for my own edification, do you have a rough "idea" (in your opinion) PoB that uses a wand?

@@OneOnDruryLane In my league start PoB I have a couple of mid/high end wands that can be swapped in. Just remember to remove a golem and you should get an idea of when it's appropriate to swap! Sorry, don't have the PoB link handy, but it's been posted in a few of my recent videos.

Yes, Hatred has the best elemental scaling of the three auras from Guardian so it's doing more damage. The chill and freeze is also a nice defensive layer.

@@firkzgaming except with lightning you have volatility support + smite + lightning damage is lucky spectre. I dont think hatred is better than those in my honest opinion.

Carrion Golem of Hordes for 3 base. +1 from golem commander passive. +1 from clayshaper

Honestly, SRS will PoB out better when all 20 SRS minions are up than this build, but I prefer the playstyle here.

3 Max from "Of Hordes" transfigured gem, +1 from Golem Commander node on tree, +1 from Clayshaper weapon.

I don’t know that there is one. I’m astounded that someone could’ve maxed out all their gems in two days. In addition, this build is much more expensive than a two day play through would lead one to believe.

I tested Necro in PoB before league start.. it's not for this type of setup. Probably better for pure phys golems though.
