Fresh Milk - 1 Cup
Vinegar Or Lime Juice - 1 Tbsp
Carrot - 350g
Ginger - 1 Tbsp (Grated)
Dates - 150g
Flour - 250g
Baking Powder - 2 Tsp
Baking Soda - 1/2 Tsp
Cinnamon Powder - 1 Tsp
NutMeg - 1/8 Tsp
Cashew Nuts - 50g
Egg Whites - Separated from 5 Large eggs (250g)
Pinch Of Salt
Butter - 250g
Sugar - 250g
Egg Yolks - Separated From 5 Large (250g)
Vanilla Extract - 2 Tsp
Butter - 100g
Cream Cheese - 100g
Icing Sugar - 250g
Lime Zest - 1/8 Tsp
Lime Juice - Few Drops
Baby Carrots
9x13 Inch Baking Tray
BAKE@180cc For 25 Minutes
