Oatmeal, apple and carrots! I haven't eaten sugar for a year! No flour and no white sugar. I use stevia. You can use honey. An excellent dessert option for the whole family. Light, tasty and healthy cake
2 cups (200 g) oatmeal.
1 teaspoon baking powder.
1 cup (240 ml) milk of your choice.
1 carrot.
Rinse 9 dried apricots in hot water.
Rinse 4 tablespoons of raisins in hot water.
1 apple.
3 eggs.
Vanilla. 4 tablespoons stevia or any other sweetener.
2 tablespoons olive oil.
7 inch (18 cm) baking dish.
Bake in preheated oven at 360F/180C for approximately 45-50 minutes.

I’ve been baking for 53 yrs Without eggs & my cakes, cookies, etc come out great. I use 1/3 cup of Any liquid for each egg plus add a small amount of baking powder in too for each egg. The liquid you can use can be applesauce, banana, juice, milk, yogurt, etc

Para l@s que preguntan: orejones son albaricoques/melocotones secos. Personalmente me molestan estos títulos de IA, que son puras falacias para pescar views. El bizcocho necesita no 3, sino 9 ingredientes: avena, leche, pasas, zanahorias, manzana, albaricoques secos, aceite de oliva (en un dulce?) huevos y edulcorante. Ni es dietético (¡tiene un montón de hidratos de carbono!), ni lleva sólo3 ingredientes como sugiere el enunciado, y no es en absoluto rápido en su preparación.

Fabulous - a must try ! And for anyone not wanting to use eggs remember that chia seeds or flax seeds soaked in water can successfully replace them. (Easy to find ratios of water to grains online) :) The cake will taste just as good !

I’m wondering how healthy this is for people on a low sugar diet despite your “no sugar” billing. Apples, raisins and apricots have a lot of sugar in them, while Stevia and vanilla are just another name for sugar.

Stevia is a calorie free PLANT BASED sweetener. VERY GOOD for people with blood sugar problems. No calories added from use. Vanilla extract has NO SUGAR at all, as it is a tincture of a vanilla bean pod soaked in a grain alcohol, like vodka, until the flavor of the vanilla bean leaches into the grain alcohol. It is then strained, bottled, and sold to your local grocery store. NO SUGAR here. YES, dried fruits and carrots have natural sugars. Anyone who has blood sugar issues knows about this. I think she means NO PROCESSED sugar, like brown sugar or white sugar, has been added.
