9:25 if you want to improve your combo here: if ou are at flash distance or more, you can Q before snare with W. Since the W is instant and the Q has a travelling time, even if you press Q first your W will arrive first (if you have enouh distance) so it will still snare even you pressed Q first. And the benefit of Q before W is the fact that W resets Q which means you get one more Q for free in your combo that you can't miss since you snare at the same time. Basicall the sequence is Q, E, wait E cd, get at flash-distance, Q,W,Q,E,Q. And the ennemy will actually receive the spell in this order this Q,E,W,Q,Q,E,Q. In the case you dont have enough distance it's not a big deal because it just means that you are doing the Best Damage combo of Ryze and since you are melee range, you can't miss Q even if you don't snare. (Usually the downside of the optimum damage combo is the fact that you don't snare so you can miss Q)
