There's a slight feeling of sadness watching this knowing you are going to do it the right way like your father to build incredible hardened strength through years of grinding, which can lead to a great long career and even possible a legacy like your father has done. And even though I'm sure it is the much more satisfying path, it's still walking into a sport that is over-run with PED junkies at the top, claiming short-term victories over those who truly deserve to be recognized as the best. Always something I've struggled with being a fan of the sport, watching people like your father lose to people who treat their bodies like experiments with drugs to obtain inhuman strength while he clearly is the superior specimen of nature, carved through blood sweat and tears. I hope the scene starts to recognize that as you develope into your prime because you have great potential and an unbelievable coach at your side. Good luck Milo!

I wish I had a dad like yours... I was a top athlete throughout school, but my dad forbid me to take any sport seriously, he forced me to just study, I got my college degree but I never got to compete professionally because I caught a nasty double knee injury playing soccer with friends. Btw, I was the best wrestler the strongest lifter and the fastest sprinter at my age group at school 😢. Listen to your dad 👍.
