When the movie/game released I was 7. I remember I went to the movie theater and watched it 5 times across 3 different states while it was still showing and we were on vacation. I appreciate my parents and my family who joined us to be nice to me when I was obsessed with this movie. I also remember playing this game on the ps2 AND again on the 360. I also remember when the movie was coming out on dvd my mom took me to a movie/music store and I preordered the movie using my own money I had earned helping my papaw at work over summer. I don’t exactly know what it was about this franchise but it was all. So perfect

My parents got the movie from a Ukrainian version of blockbuster, and I was watching it at least 5 times a day - 1st after waking up, then for breakfast, dinner, and supper, and the last before going to sleep. Any time I was able to ask for it, I was watching it. And then we got the game - and I was spending hours in it. Good old times

This was the first PS2 game I ever had. I still remember how I'd just go around the map for a drive. Park the car in one of the houses pretending to be coming home from work😅. I didn't have a memory card though and I wasn't committed enough to open other maps so I only played the Radiator Springs section
