Considering that there are a lot of camera and we can also hear the chat of the racer and pit crew, this would put burden on both. But chick's unsportsmanship is much worse than jackson cause he intentionally tries to stop mcqueen by crashing himself to the other racer and causing the chain reaction, this could put him in either a penalty, disqualification, or the worst can be blacklisted. Problem is they *did* have something great to do. Imagine if the second movie gave us detailed stories on all WGP racers with everyone having their highlights in the three races that we got to see uninterrupted. Snippets of all their backstories like their home country races in montages similar to how we saw Doc's old race in Cars 3. Make us feel like everyone was in it to win it as these are the best racers in the world. I get so sad thinking about what we could have had. The few scraps of personality in the movie, I always pay attention to. For example, imagine Mcqueen and Raoul having a head to head scene for a straight minute or so in the dirt track session of Tokyo as Raoul almost caught up to him. It's just sad what could have been.

Also It'd be funny if Gyro was on the list. Like with the Cars 2 blue-grey British spy you could argue that the deaths were unavoidable and self-defense. But Gyro creates ethically ambiguous horrors on the reg and the characters are just glad he's on their side. Even if he does make jokes about taking over the world.

Then there's Mama Beagle and Glomgold, who already have a scale of difference between them. Then there's Mark Zuckerbird (the superior name) whose halfway between the powerful person and the scientist tier. Then there's of course Magica De Spell, the Moon Aliens, FOWL... and hopefully he doesn't try to list the one-off antagonists.

For Chick Hicks it's true there isn't a law against the play. But inside the sport he world be doing antisportmanlike behavior, which would make him get a penalty for his actions and even ban him from the sport, as it seems he does that very often. Also other races may be able to sue him for his behavior which caused heavy crashes on it. Also when he pushed the yellow car and mcqueen might count aswell as assault, as cars are like persons, pushing them to make them crash and even crash others. And still very cool video and interesting as always. Love ur work :)

I'd like to propose a few corrections: - any attempted murder of Mater, Finn or Holley after Italy should automatically become 1st since they're now premeditated - Zundapp has done all of this working alongside Miles trying to manipulate the economy of different fuel source, which means he would get a count of Market Manipulation (so would Miles) - the public, international and dangerous natures of his actions would also land him at minimum 3 counts of terrorism (one for each country affected, not sure if the oil rig would count under international law) - Zundapp, by helping the Allinol sponsoring, is also partially responsible for everyone that consumes it (drivers or clients), which would land him a mass poisoning charge
