Alright time to end this debate right now on how McQueen's performance in this upgrade would change if he used this in Cars 3. First, McQueen's top speed in his default look is 180 mph in this game (Race-O-Rama) and they only downplayed his speed by 20 mph. Second, McQueen's Speedway upgrade boosts his top speed to 200 mph meaning the speedway upgrade increases McQueen's speed by 20 mph. McQueen's Top Speed in Cars 3 is 198 mph. And if he used this exact speedway upgrade, then he would be able to travel 218 mph. But if you want to highball McQueen at his maximum performance, In Cars 2 it's stated McQueen's top speed is 200 mph and if he used the speedway upgrade then he would travel 220 mph. Definitely faster than both Jackson Storm and Cruz Ramirez in that upgrade. Also you might disagree at this part (disagree if you want this is my opinion on this part that I say), I don't think McQueen's Top Speed in Cars 2 is 200 mph. Because in the beginning of the sequel, McQueen was in his Cars 1 body shape but with a different paint job and the writers were implying McQueen's top speed as a fourth time champion in the Piston Cup not as WGP McQueen his top speed was 200 mph in Cars 1 in that body shape. It wasn't until he had his WGP design is when he gets an improvement in his driving performance. And that design of WGP McQueen was kind of inspired off Speedway McQueen. What I'm trying to say is that McQueen's top speed in his Cars 2 WGP design is around 220 mph or slightly faster by an inch as proven in the movie but he didn't have the extra front part that Speedway McQueen has in his World Grand Prix design.

This is actually the RS Speedway theme, which is why there's no desert vibes
