MaDLO is already a polarizing album, and definitely is something new to the catalog. a lot of bands try and do this, but get lukewarm reception from their audience, but i don't think CSH will receive the same division. for the past 10 years, there have been many revisions, many rerecords and rebrandings of songs from previous to put in front of new and old fans on a fresh platter. and i suspect that this breath of fresh air for the band will altruistically go over well, it isn't a complete disambiguation; but rather the congregation of 1TD and CSH melding closer together. i can feel it, this is going to be another homerun for this band. and for me, too.
