This is what I thought too. I don't think anyone has ever made Dorian feel the way that Vanessa did. He felt love, pain, fear, rejection.....probably for the first time in a while. He was seeking, he found her, then he lost her

Dorian is handsome, charming, incredibly sexy and attractive to both sexes, and he himself is bisexual, but to all this is added his inner content, where the glass is half full. There is a place for the mind, and even wisdom + his extensive knowledge in science, art, and about the World as a whole, because he traveled around the world. But there is also a place for what hinders him so much, which ultimately makes him lonely - his thirst for depravity and the desire for everything dark and dangerous keeps him in a vicious circle. Love for Miss Ives, which he certainly did not expect, which came suddenly, might have changed him if she had not refused him. But, Dorian's heart, which had never really loved before, finally fell in love, but was broken for the first time .... and perhaps forever. ✌️ The best Dorian Gray, both in appearance and in the performance of the role of all that have been. Thanks actor Reeve Carney 💙

🎉 hmm... this series is dark, sexy and very intriguing, it still makes me very touched by Ives character... her dark Lilith aspect makes me want to light a candle and pray for my sins forgiveness in an very enchanting way 😅 speaking of which, Dorian is not in love with, at least not an healthy way; the undead being of Dorian is just thrilled by the sensations it arouses in him and the possibility of feeling his lost inner shallow self again. Being it by the image of motherly warmth/utter resentment and coldness dichotomy she portrays. That she can activate his true self again without breaking the false facade-painting narrative. Good acting, indeed. Still i wished for another plot and story arch... ending as her being alive and together with her wolf. 🐺 ❤ Kind of overwhelming and conquering her dark side, while defeating the temptation of death, thanathos and the false image of a wrong ownership/ belonging to a dark fate. Well, I could blame it on the unresolved fathers issues of her wolf and his guilt and shame complex annexed to abandonment issues... pistols in real life are not that common😂 wild wild west solves everything with Smith, Wesson and 7.62mm AK or so ... I do not know of primitive weapons 😂😂😂 Anyway great series... great characters and development, super heavy tone and subliminals, needs a carebear after watching it. Really made me have physical cold like flu symptoms for 4 days. Still a good tip.

I wonder if those who want Vanessa and Dorian to be together have watched series 1 long enough to see her turn into a raving wild beast who needed to be restrained after she and Dorian had made love. She felt the constant need to be self possessed but her relationship with Dorian led to possession by an unholy entity which almost killed her.

No, Dorian did not directly cause this. Her struggles with demonic possession are rooted in her past and inherent spiritual vulnerability. The encounter only triggered her episode. It has nothing to do with her lol
