I have the Amarok. Yes, it's very wide and that makes it a little more difficult to fit into a shopping center parking bay, but that ridiculously wide track width gives it the most incredible handling! It doesn't corner like a bakkie at all, grips and holds steady in corners like no bakkie should. You can turn and turn way harder than you would expect.

I have my Amarok V6 since December 2017 done 60.000km never miss a bit City drive every day fuel consumption is 11-12 liters per 100km Freeway drive up to 120km/h is 8 liters I'm planning to keep for another 2 years and update for new version. Very comfortable car to drive I wouldn't get my self anything except Amarok V6

@@kaykay-rw5xi Yes I did about 4 weeks ago 2.5 tone trailer 4 people inside and fully loaded No problem pulling power uphill and downhill breaking Fuel consumption freeway 12-13 liters per 100 KM

I have a 580 in this colour, I tow a 2 horse float all the time and am amazed at the ease of this car and the power, it's a great car

I’ve got this and had the engine tuned and it klaps gti’s all day! Current power figures are around 225kw/740nm torque! Absolute weapon and going to struggle to find a bakkie like this again I think... Had mine for 2 years and want to get another one but what do you get? Think this guy even has the same lid as mine as well Rigidek lid...

Ravena Blue looks beautiful especially when the sunshine hits it just right. Vw did an amazing job with this car. Wait until they bring on some of that Ford Ranger Wildtrak on this baby.

Finally thanks VW now we will be able to get a V6 3.0 L engine in a pick up truck ......... Wen we not able to get the big American V8 trucks but bakkie wise thise will be my first go to option
