Really the end of an era here. The last time Team Penske would race in a CART/ChampCar event, the last time Patrick Racing would be frontrunners, the last CART race for Gugelmin, Gidley, Herta, de Ferran, Castroneves and Papis (I think?).

This race had the best Hanford device setup. They punched a massive hole in the air and they were running 3-4 wide at times, safely... Hopefully IndyCar can produce a fantastic 500 mile race here in a couple of weeks! If they can have over 30 lead changes at Indianapolis, then a wide open, sweeping 2 mile oval can produce about 50 or 60.
