It's because you guys seem to not understand what his lawsuit likely truly is about. It's likely not about the money but putting it out there that he tried to petition them for kids and that the Cartel( who has their reputation to uphold in their mind) had nothing to do with his other dealings. Drug dealers aren't absent of feeling you know. He may feel an obligation and since he's in prison already they already know his Sino Sinaloa connections and drug stuff. He's just putting out there what he knows about Diddy and that Sinaloa don't play that game. There was rumors of his connections to them and so this lawsuit is likley to seperate what involvement they had and did not have.
