As long as NBC has Chicago Med, Fire, and PD they'll never bring ER back. Also doesn't help that big ensemble cast shows are too expensive these days. Also also the actress who played Rachel Greene now runs a donut shop in North Carolina and is pretty content with life. It'd have to take a lot of convincing on NBCs part to make it worth moving back to LA.
