Nah - Kerry said it best. They had all the information they needed and they didn't bother to look at it. They didn't need Weaver, whether she answered her page or not wouldn't have changed the outcome because Chen ordered the thrombolytics without looking at the x-ray. The fact that that guy died was on those two - not Weaver answering her page. They tried to offset it by making Chen and Weaver into adversaries because of this - but the bottom line was that Chen had everything she needed in that room, she didn't need Weaver at all. The flip example being that if John had been in that room instead of her and Malucci had to convince Carter to order the drugs, Carter wouldn't have done it because he would have checked the x-ray himself. And if he had, he wouldn't have thought twice about opening the guy up while paging his Attending because he knew a delay would have been just as deadly. The reason that guy died was actually because of Chen's insecurities which came out of nowhere as she was a very confident doctor before.

Yeah. I was very disappointed in WEAVER for that. Flawed character, but when she fights for her patients, they will find few better advocates.

@@lunabelletheinsane Still. WEAVER had an obligation to not leave her colleagues hanging like that. They were less experienced, and panicked. Don’t be on call if you are not going to answer it. Period. (Lying about it made it so much worse.)
