I just purchased this bracelet too and have the same issue with the clicking and I would able to unscrew open with my fingernail. Should I bring it back to Cartier?

@@emcminormusic6437 it seems like the clicking is normal. I think it’s just the sound of the slight movement between the locking mechanism and the part of the bracelet that clicks into the other side. I’m guessing if it was completely flush you wouldn’t be able to turn the screw to lock it without rubbing and causing friction scratches/damage. As far as opening with your nail. I’ve heard other people say they can open with their nail. I have to say that makes me a little jealous of how strong your nails are! I’ve tried. And my nails are so soft they just bend. Lol I hope that helps put you at ease.

@@emcminormusic6437 if it’s only a faint clicking sound, it should be fine. But if the screw feels loose, then definitely take it to a Cartier store and have them inspect it for peace of mind 😌

Thanks for the review! I prefer the smaller size to the larger size I think. I don’t know I’m debating on the small size bangle vs the regular size cuff but I think I’m leaning towards the small size bangle because I think it’s really pretty and more dainty. Nice for anyone really but I’m pretty petite so I think it’s nice.

Hi there! I definitely wouldn’t size down. If anything, I always thought about sizing up to 18cm, but it was waay too loose and it would rotate around my wrist. I prefer a more loose fit but the 17cm is more snug. I’ve gotten used to it now. It all comes down to personal preference. I don’t like the feeling of something being stuck to my skin, if that makes sense 😅 try going in store if you can to try them on! ☺️

Hello! They’re both beautiful pieces! I would go for the VCA to change it up but the only thing is it’s more delicate so you’ll most likely have to take it off every night or before you shower. If you prefer to leave your jewellery on 24/7, then the regular Love bracelet may be the better option for you!

Great video as always! I would say that I have the diamond sm JUC on my list, but I’m thinking of long term. I have heard that the bracelet mechanism did not snap back into place and out of shape. I also have heard the info on the Sm love and how the hinge is an issue. I am not sure if I should just add another original love or try one of the smalls to stack with original.

Thank you for sharing! I haven’t heard any issues with the SM bracelet so far, I guess it’s still fairly new compared to the traditional love. I think the mechanism of the small JUC will be okay if you keep it on and just be careful when taking off sweaters ☺️

It will inevitably scratch it because it’s metal banging against metal. I guess to minimise the scratching, you could wear more fine/dainty bracelets rather than chunkier and loose bracelets like bangles.

Just ran into your video since I am thinking about adding this after getting the just un clou small bracelet last month. I heard that the price increase might be happening soon! I am contemplating whether to get this or a Chanel purse since the price of this is similar to the mini classics. Also, do you think the pink gold will also wear well? I heard that the pink will eventually wear off and become similar to the yellow gold. Are the qualities of the two gold the same? Also, since I am a runner, would this be comfortable when I am running? Would the sweat damage the gold over time.

Hey! Thanks so much for your message 🤗 there’s only a subtle difference between the rose gold and gold, and I’ve also heard the rose gold will fade into gold overtime. Sweat wouldn’t damage the gold as it’s 18K so it won’t tarnish if that’s what you’re worried about. I think you should go with the same gold as your JUC bracelet so they match ☺️

Cartier’s bracelet sizing is tricky. You have to take into account if you want to stack or not, your unique wrist shape, comfort level, temperature/climate, body weight, etc. I wish Cartier offered half sizes. Both of my wrists are 17 cm in diameter. The 18 cm LOVE is snug for my liking, while the 19 cm size LOVE is loose. An 18.5 cm LOVE would have been perfect. Anyway, I ended going with the 19 cm LOVE and 18 cm JUC

Hello! The screw on the small love bracelet doesn’t turn as easily as the normal love bracelet. I haven’t had any issues with mine loosening. I do check it ever few months. I can also turn it with my nail but that doesn’t worry me - it is a screw after all. If you think it’s too loose, you can always take it in store and get it looked at - just to be on the safe side!

Please don’t rotate your bracelet as it ruins the hinge, I did this once and had to have it repaired. My SA told me the hinge is delicate and you should be careful when taking your bracelet on and off. I have the regular love bracelet as well and I have had no trouble with the screws loosening.
