@@justsomeplantcells- The way they explain it is that since Cartman eats so much fast food, his sweat is basically a mix of all the essences of the different companies he eats from. So when he puts the burgers near his ass it infuses them with the sweat which causes them to give vague hints of everything from places like KFC, McDonald's and Taco Bell.
