I think it's important to keep in mind how Cartoon Network has treated their shows in the past I'm not getting my hopes too high that this won't end up being just another action based cartoon that gets cancelled after 1 or 2 seasons like Secret Saturdays, Young Justice, Symbiotic Titan, ThunderCats or Justice League Action. I never watched most of those but I know the network hasn't treated action cartoons the best if this show is good I hope it's actually successful.

I remember their excuse for cancelling Symbiotic Titan cause they couldn't find ways to make toy merchandise for the show, which doesn't make sense. They have a giant robot which the whole show revolves around, a good cast of characters, and monsters which presented good options for action figures, yet they refuse to give the show a chance cause there wasn't enough merch.

And then you have The Owl House, the most popular show on there since Gravity Falls. Although it's been treated badly by the executives and isn't getting the full season 3 it deserved, at least we'll be getting a finale. And The Ghost and Molly McGee is really good. It may not be filled with heavy plot or lore, but it's a very charming and lighthearted show.

Generator Rex was honestly mid. Ben ten ultimate alien was a lot better. The only season of generator Rex that seemed like a had a streamlined plot was the last 2 seasons.

@@jantheking7028 Oof, agree to disagree there. I think Ultimate Alien was when the Ben 10 franchise really started to drop a lot in quality. There were still definitely parts I liked but it seemed more all-over-the-place to me than Generator Rex, which seemed consistent throughout its run.

Watch it become what happened to other cartoons on Cartoon Network in the past! This is a new pattern I've noticed. Greenlit the show, show airs on network for the first few episodes, radio silence for months to years pretending like the show never existed, and finally the show is confirmed cancelled! We've seen this pattern with shows like Elliot from Earth, Mao Mao, and Apple & Onion.

I love this. I want this. I'm already invested in this series. It looks like it will be as good as ATLA. CN had better not screw this up. I'm still angry with how Infinity Train was treated, as well as a lot of the quality CN action shows. I'm concerned. Hopefully the series can last long enough to wrap up the story arc.

Yep they also have one called "Generation Fire" and Nani. They are all going to go this direction very soon in 2023-2024. My only hope is that this show haa great storyline and lasts. I'm looking forward to a project called 'Behlo" and another series called "Redflower." Also wish they would adopt the novel "The Kishi" as a horror film. Either way this gives me inspiration to continue to finish my own projects.

Secret Saturdays was very short lived though and not that popular and while Steven Universe is popular I wouldn't call it an action cartoon when most of the episodes have no action in them. Like the comment above me said Vails point was that there haven't been any popular action cartoons on the network in a long time looking back at the action cartoons of the 2010s Symbiotic Titan, Generator Rex, ThunderCats, Young Justice, Green Lantern, Beware The Batman & Justice League Action none of them were popular or lasted long on the network except Young Justice sense it came back on HBO Max. The only action cartoon that's managed to be popular on Cartoon Network is Ben10.
