Cartoon Network Groovies - Circles (Soul Coughing) [HQ]

This is a video source I utilized in my Top 10 Groovies video and I decided to digitally restore it to a higher HD quality for the sake of maintaining a good video consistency in the top 10. It took a good 17 hours to export all the 5,000 frames into a redefined quality but it was indeed worth it. I haven't seen any other uploads of anything like this so I decided "why not?". Check out the recent top 10 I've created and thanks for checking this out!
NOTE: This is not for profit and thee will be no monetary implementations for this video. I'm sure this'll get claimed anyways, but you guys should check out the original song anyway (even if the link brings you to the wrong song) since in this, part of the song is edited out.
