On the morning of June 14th 2004, Cartoon Network launched their largest and most expensive reface yet. Coined as the City era by fellow internetians, this is a collection of all possible bumpers that would've aired during the first few months of the City era. (With some extra tidbits thrown in)

@@victorcornejo755 Class of 3000 bumpers are late 2005/early 2006. Since there’s still so much from that period missing, I wouldn’t want go that far if I can’t finish what I start The goal of this first one was to demonstrate what was airing on TV at the time. As per why there is no Puffy, Fosters, etc.
