While I like the show, I always found it strange that this show reran longer than Dexter's Laboratory and The Powerpuff Girls on the main Cartoon Network. While Dexter and Powerpuff still aired from time to time (Powerpuff even had a marathon to celebrate it's 10th anniversary), they stopped airing on a regular basis around the beginning of 2006, while Courage still regularly reran on and off, even up to the early 2010s, as well as always being on each October for years. I've always wondered why that was, since while it was a success, bigger hits like Dexter's Laboratory and The Powerpuff Girls (The latter of which is the series that made the network the most money, alongside Ben 10) never got that luck
