Yeah, even the so-called saint new Brian said Meg is gross. New Brian is not a Saint though and not nearly as nice as the family (except Stewie and Brian) thinks he is. New Brian knows he's pushing old Brian aside and he knows he's making old Brian look bad, but he doesn't care and keeps trying to make the family think he's the greatest. He's smug! If new Brian was as good hearted as he's trying make the family think he is, then he would've told the family "look guys, there's 2 dogs here, so could you keep paying attention to both of us equally?" and when old Brian put in the puppy video, he would've told the family "C'mon guys, Brian's trying to get you to see his video". But instead he pretends to sleep and fart and you know he was just pretending because he got up immediately looking very untired when old Brian farted, and was up a minute earlier when old Brian announced his video. And new Brian didn't ask Peter not to throw old Brian out for farting, even though he just farted himself and made a song about loving farts. And a good hearted saint doesn't sing about loving farts! And new Brian lied to Stewie when he said "I like everything", because in his fart song, he sings "I don't like cook books, I don't like apple tarts, I don't like fancy breakfast nooks, I don't like modern art, but I love farts..". See, he doesn't like all of those things that are nice, but he does like something disgusting like farts, yeah he's a real saint, smh. And worse of all is what new Brian did to Rupert, and that he smugly admitted it and rubbed it in Stewie's face! And yes, new Brian DID know that Stewie loved Rupert because new Brian made it a point from the start to learn everything about each family member. There's no way that new Brian learned about old Brian liking weed but didn't know that Rupert was Stewie's confidante. It was very deliberate. New Brian was awful. He didn't deserve the fate he got after that, but he was definitely not a decent good-hearted character.

Many of these narcissists like to give rewards to their admirers because they think it will result in people worshipping them. Many times, it obviously does work -- as depicted here. It doesn't always work out that way, though, as it doesn't for Stewie and Brian. The point is, New Brian doesn't actually care about anyone but himself, but he pretends to care by giving them rewards for caring so that he can feel better about himself. Typical narcissist.

I never understood the snooze alarm thing, what is the point of trying to go back to sleep for only 9 minutes? It will make almost no difference to how rested you feel, and will make your morning of getting ready for work that much more crammed and stressful. And, after waking up to push snooze button, once you've fallen back asleep, you're looking at only getting an extra 4 or 5 minutes sleep by then. It's too insignificant to refresh you any more than you would've been if you got up the first time. If you want to make more of a difference in feeling rested, set your snooze alarm for another hour or two. You may get yelled at by your boss at work for being an hour or two late, but at least you'll be more refreshed 😂

New Brian tries to make everyone think he's such a saint, but he is not as great as he tries to make the rest of the Griffin family think he is. He knows he's pushing old Brian aside and he's deliberately making him look bad. He doesn't stand up for old Brian when Peter throws him out for farting even though he just farted himself and sang a song about loving farts! A saint doesn't sing about loving farts. And he humps Rupert and boasts to Stewie about having done so while he DOES know how Stewie feels about Rupert. A saint just doesn't do these things.
