If this doesn't net you guys that 100k then that's wild! Peter Laird coming on again and again is so amazing! This will be historical for comics history. Also, Dave Choe continuing to show up is so cool as well. I can't get enough!

You guys do amazing work and talk to some of the best in the industry, but the Peter Laird (and Kevin Eastman) stuff is legendary! Thank you!

This is one of my favourite TMNT issues by far. Such an amazingly executed self-contained story, both in the writing and in the art department.

Oh wow! that was the same con that I met Peter at as well! He and Jim Lawson aurographed my old dog-eared pages-missing favorite issue of TMNT.

Great insight from Laird. And glad Choe sat in for this episode. He's enjoyable in the discussions.

So glad Peter is back! I won a fan art competition he had on his turtle website, before he sold TMNT to Nick, won alongside a kid that drew '03 Turtles in crayons.

I got issues 11 and 12 probably by 1990 or 1989 and they were I think the first back issues of any comic I ever purchased. HUGE impact on me from this issue.

Indeed, you can't make Splinter without wood, and he definitely wouldn't want the Shredder performing his circumcision. Great freakin' episode dudes. Almost like something I would dream up. Always good to get insight from Peter. Dave looks great as Raph - Joe Grotesque

Hyped for this. Peter is a legend. More Choe on Kayfabe is always good. Ed with the Cross Colors drip.

I hope Laird donates a few pages to the Smithsonian or something (and of course makes bank selling others).

35:28 was low key awkward asf. Like, David Choe has more money than God. His philosophy could only come from someone of his stature. Peter Laird need that money lmfao

“It ended up being the only comic book I ever did” is totally false. Dave changed the medium and made his life one long-running comic series.
