I would disagree about beelz she seems to prey on her subjects emotions to make her honey and doesn't seem to care about her people beyond the parties she hosts Ozzy seems to have actually built infrastructure to help his people and more importantly everything he does seems to be out of genuine goodwill and places huge emphasis on even the imps participating are doing so willingly making him an actually good ruler unlike beelz who only helps when it provides immediate benefit to her and goes no further for her people

If overbreeding is a constant in Gluttony, then providing a way for those wayward pups to find homes is probably the better of two uncomfortable options. It’s either that, or they roam the streets with no hope whatsoever. At least, in the centers, they have shelter, meals, and safety, as cold and impersonal as it may be. A tiny bit of hope is better than no hope at all. Even Bee doesn’t have the resources to give them more than that.

We don’t know if her parties generate charity money for the downtrodden. Viv will have to fill in the gaps. If Viv loves Fizz and Blitzø that much, she surely loves Loona absolutely.

Yeah you mean blitz, Yes ozzie did do that for fizz but he also feels for stolas I think Oz has a big heart when it comes to love & lust cause he knows what love feels like now and he can see that stolas really cares for blitz even if blitz ain't responsive back so he is doing the best thing he can think of in the moment to keep his heart from being broken the thing ozzie did was in best intrest for fizz but when fizz told ozzie blitz had earned it, that indicated to me that now that stolas will have a asmodian crystal to gift blitz he might try and distance from blitz for awhile. I've a small thought towards the raining constant in lust. The constant or near constant rain might also imply that it's slightly colder in lust rather than warm to arad hot like perhaps other rings. Cold being relative because if other rings were naturally hover in or around 45°c or roughly 114°f. It would be frigid at around 70°f or 21°c. Since it's not icy or can you see anyone's breath. It's cool but not that cold. Enough though to make nips stiff and increase the want to be in close contact with another. Two things that play strong into lusty wants.

How about we all agree that the list ring is the best to live in? Yes, Bee shoves her fellow doggos into unsanitary conditions, which just means that as long as you aren't an orphan, you're pretty fine off. Asmodeous seems to genuinely want the people who live in his ring to feel comfortable and happy due to the variety of jobs, and the way he runs things. Like you've already talked about, there seem to not only be jobs regarding the sex industry (which is undoubtedly the most popular in Lust) but other basic needs and shops. This leads to an open option and possibility for earning enough money to live comfortably. Not to mention that the Succubus' and Incubus' that we've seen working in Ozzie's factory and palace seem to actually enjoy their jobs which only adds to the idea of the Lust Ring being a rather enjoyable place to live and work.

I think we are making a mistake mixing Overlords and Demons, no matter how powerful they are. It's like trying to compare the workers on a potato chip factory, to the potatoes. Sinners are a product hell, the Overlords are just the stale product of an imperfect process (The Extermination). The reason why Charlie sees potential on the sinners, is because demons also have the potential to become good, have love and a decent life (As we have seen in Helluva Boss). In general demons despite being "mortals" have a normal life expectancy, meanwhile sinners, despite being immortal have an expectancy of one year, unless they obtain enough power and resources to survive.

In my opinion lust ring has to be one of the most interesting rings in hell because of the characters and the vibe of lust, many people find this interesting also to fact that fizz and ozzie was confirmed as secret couple! Asmodeus keeps a wealthy suitable life style for the demons he provides for in the lust ring. The lust ring should have more episodes basing on there but theres still more episodes about it but i love the lustful vibe! Its like asmodeus doesn’t really care about anything else but to make a wealthy life style and be a lustful playboy everyday!! This honestly makes me want to see Belphegor and Leviathan, the sloth ring is so far the area we've seen with the most nature (fertile nature, not the barren waste of Wrath), and if the Envy ring is suburban in setting, I'd think Belphegor and Leviathan have been doing some of the same things as Asmodeus have, shaped their rings into something more pleasant/survivable than the other four rings, if not for their subjects, then for their own ideals.

I think people forget, that while the 7 princes rebelled against gods, they were still originally angels, so naturally they have some virtuous qualities & aren't ever wholly evil, just indulgent in their respective niches/sins. In saying that though angels aren't... inherently "good" things either. They have their own issues, and aspects they partake in that modern minds may consider highly questionable. Hell isn't as forward as all bad all the time, they're niches but their personality shines through on the aspects that isn't indulging in their niche- it's like how you can still be the sweetest, most morally "correct" person, but still be condemned due to not being baptized, being gay, not partaking in 'worship'. They have a unique existence & personality, with their key point being their sin exclusively. I find it interesting that people get "upset" that hell isn't all rage, suffering and murder 24/7 or that all the princes aren't horrifying as they expect. They all have consequences due to their "niche" in their own rings that make it imperfect, be it indulging in their desires & ignoring other issues going on around them (think Bee living a party life, but her hounds still being impounded & essentially sold as slaves), but due to her indulgent life style & constant party vibe she's distracted from every dealing or healthily coping with her own ring. I'm tired & on a rambling rant & have 0 idea if anything I said made sense, but hey, 2am thoughts.

I think that given how lust requires connection - to oneself or others - it naturally flows into a more connected society. The other rings seem like they could symbolise more selfishness - greed, envy etc is about one's own gain over another, whereas lust (when done properly) is a give and take of pleasure. Just my take! Although lust does imply a lack of love and acts of unfaithfulness on the surface, we know that isn't always the case. I assume Crim meant "power" in terms of violence and strength which def doesn't seem to be Ozzie's thing. By that ranking I would rank them the same way the rings are set. But in terms of the sin itself? I'd put Lust way up there in power, whole wars have been fought over lust, powerful betrayals, people giving up everything for lust and fantasy. He's definitely powerful as a Sin. They all are. But I think that kind of nuance is lost on Crim. Still if I had to rank them in terms of power as the Sins the represent I'd do: Pride, Wrath, Greed, Lust, Gluttony, Envy, and Sloth. Side note I bet Mammon and Leviathan are either besties or brutal rivals since their sins overlap so well. I'd wager they're besties since they can benefit from each other, like "don't you want this thing to make you the envy of your friends?? We'll go buy it"

I also think that Greed might be slowllllyy a bit weaker than Lust considering Greed can make you impulsive to get the next thing (example: Crim, Moxie with season 2 episode 2 with the trinkets he saw). I just realized that maybe, helluva boss might have given the anwear Charlie from hazbin is looking for, it is impossible to redeem sinners. However creating a heaven in hell is a different story since nobody can stop you from protecting those who cant protect themselves and the hotel seem like that kind of place and in a sense. It's the pride ring. Most people would be to prideful to let go of their old ways but when they let of their flaws and improve there is a sort of catharsis in being proud that you have become alot less shitty as time passed.

Violence is okay but sex is not. This is a mentality I have always had trouble wrapping my head around. One brings life and one ends it. You can show violence in a "family" movie, but you show a hint of side boob and they will end you.

Well, sex isnt really. .. age appropriate? Violence/fighting can be shown as cartoonish and fun, take adventure time for example, theres alot of lught hearted and hero-battle in it, ehike the adult stuff is more hidden. Age appropriate shows for the age appropriate demographics ⁿwⁿ

Light hearted flirtation used to be a thing until they made it too rapey. I do not know if it was because they could not find a balance or they deliberately set it up to cause outrage. Similar to how they make strong female characters completely unlikable to kill the genre when we have plenty of examples of this trope that works.

Kinda thought of an explanation for why lust, sloth and most likely envy will be the best rings in hell. they need to be to let their sins thrive. if there wasn't tech then the people of sloth would be working 16 hours a day just to keep from starving like our caveman ancestors, a fully slothful lifestyle in that situation would mean death. if violent crime became high then the people would start working to defend themselves. if convenience tools didn't exist than they have to do it manually, ie work. crime needs to be low to make johns feel comfortable coming to enjoy lust. rape needs to also be low to avoid wrath taking a foot hold and cause other crimes. also disposable income does help in buying the sex products. envy for a time wasn't considered a sin because there wasn't enough material wealth in the hands of commoners to properly feel it. After the people living in the cities started getting enough wealth to see a disparity among other commoners, and not just everything in the hands of nobles, then people started to act out in jealousy. after that envy was then made into a deadly sin.

These Seven Deadly Sins are more focused on imposing the sin they represent onto others all throughout Hell rather than embracing their sin themselves, even though some of them will. Bee hosts a lot of parties with an excessive amount of food, drinks, and other stuff while hardly partaking in these glutinous activities herself. Ausmodius runs adult themed night clubs and hotels filled to the brim with succubi, which he employs, by night. By day, he runs factories and distributors that focus on the creation and sales of adult products. All this while being in a healthy relationship that he tries, in vein, to keep secret. And Mamon… well… his face and name is all over Hell’s currency. That alone should tell you everything you need to know.
