This here, right here, is ART. Sculptures are one of thee hardest forms of art and I can tell you that if that sculpture survives as long as the marble counterparts, youll see it in an art museum or gallary one day. Beautiful work BM.

Remarkable craftsman, I used to be a so called “patternmaker” it’s art that died years ago? As the machines / computer era took grip, I HAD to change roads … now I’m just a security guard, but I’m making a good living for my family. I miss the ability of our hands! It was a standard finishing task to our apprenticeship to make a table using all the different wood rests … and another college made a front door 🚪! Magnificent work! All my respect!

Hey Blake, just got to your channel a couple of days ago and I´m amazed! I actually like this sculptures the most so far and would love to see more torsos. Also I think it looks great that the epoxy is in the middle and not at one end. For the scrap peaces - have you thought of putting them into a box as giveaways? They may be too small for you to use but its still nice wood mixed with epoxy, I´m sure other woodworkers doing smaller items would still love it, or beginners to practice! Have a good one!
