Note, on tablets and phones (get out of here tvs and weird clients) you can double tap the sides of your device to skip 10s or tap the buttons on the middle of your screen (next to the pause button) to time travel. Some people might have it set to a number other than 10s. Go into settings (top right corner of your "You" tab), then general. Look for "double tap to seek" and then set it to 10s.
