Hey, carykh. I have a suggestion for controlling the shiny cowards. How about setting a limit on the number of times a person can vote? It can be 1,000 votes, 500 votes, or even 100 votes. Whatever limit you feel would be best is up to you. Also, if a person ignores your voting limit and votes more times than they should, I think you should immediately discard every vote they made that goes over the voting limit. Again, this is only a suggestion, so you can decide whatever you want to do. Thanks again, carykh, and I hope you eventually find a way to extinguish those shiny cowards! ;)

Cary, you should make your voting parser not count the 11th vote and higher submitted by the same person, so the most votes the voting parser will allow from each person is 10. So if the voting parser detects an 11th or higher vote from the same person, it will not count that vote. Doing this will make shiny coward voting ineffective and will speed up your voting parser. Just my idea. :)
