I studied American Kenpo for 5 years at Jim Fredericks Kenpo in Towson, Md. At the time we were taught "Foot Dance" which is similar to Stance Set 1. Time has taken its toll and I have forgotten most of the Foot Dance moves. I can't find any videos on Foot Dance and was wondering if anyone knew the moves.

@madeku no, ball of your foot, mainly for when going from neutral to forward for more width to your stances. but his stance set was the best i've seen on youtube

After 40 years of serious Kung Fu training, I can tell you that maintaining your stances builds power in your strikes like nothing else. Balance, endurance, posture are all improved. And most of your power in hand strikes comes from your waist and inner thigh areas. Want your kicks to be too fast to block? Stances. Boring, painful stance training.
