Love your videos about Parrish. I just flew to Tampa last week and drove through several cities including Parrish. It's small little town and I like North River Ranch, Isle Bay. I think the road to I75 needs to be expanded before more new communities are built.

Hi Kenny, Parrish is growing and although I don't know for sure, I imagine the interchanges near Parrish will be improved as are all the interchanges along 75 that are being changed to diverging diamonds with lanes expansions. There is a lot planned to absorb the expected increase in traffic.

Patrick, thank you for asking. The most recent update I received had homes starting around $428,000 for a 4 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath, two story home.
