Cascade River, Washington -- 1600 cfs

I've been wanting to run the Cascade River, outside of North Cascades National Park in Washington for a while. We caught it in late January at around 1700 cfs and falling. Honestly there were parts that were a bit bigger than I thought and more type-2 fun, but it was a great time and I'm looking forward to going back in the summer for the same levels, just a bit warmer. Most of us walked Monster -- maybe I'll run it next time. #whitewaterismagic #northcascades #wakabro #whitewater
