Actually, in Ghana pregnant women eat the one you are talking about. They sell it in the African stores. The edible clay is very tasty. Thanks for sharing I appreciate your videos.

We use it in Umbanda (mbanda) too, this chalk is universally known as pemba here, the bantu tradition is super present over my religion! You guys should search a little bit about umbanda, is a super diverse religion that mixes the indigenous practices, African practices, catholic practices and spiritism practices, is super beautiful and full of history

This is interesting. I have been saving egg shells for several months from my pastured eggs from the farmers market. I was guided to. I haven't used it for anything but did grind them into powder in my blender. I am storing it in a glass jar in my cupboard. I would love you to do a video or video series on varying aspects of Necromancy. What type of wax are your candles made of?

My stomach is hurting, has been for a few days going on weeks maybe. Anyway I think it’s from anxiety so I made a cross on my stomach with the powder and it hurt so much less. That makes me feel like my anxiety is getting the best of me and it’s literally making me sick. I’m gonna dedicate my bath today to chasing away the spirit of anxiety. I think I’ll take the powder and make it a paste and put it on my stomach for the night. Hopefully I’ll wake up and be fine.

A little off topic but it's weird that in the US and western world it's considered an eating disorder (pica)if you eat chalk and clay but in places like Africa, it gives you nutrients.
@jasminevaliente72982 жыл бұрын
I'm super late but this is because chalk and clay in the u.s. is nutrient difficult usually synthetic and even harmful because it's often made from ingredients that are toxins especially years ago when asbestos lead etc. Where a bigger concern
@antisocial_socialite2 жыл бұрын
My great grandmother ate red clay from NC but on the flipside I had a friend that ate white Argo starch that's used for laundering clothes and I'm sure has some chemicals in it.

More so minerals. Because of a mineral deficiency.
@bonkersallday2 жыл бұрын
@@antisocial_socialite people in GA also ate that red clay, we called it Georgia red clay and I knew an elder woman when I was a kid that ate corn starch lol I'll be honest as a kid I liked chalky textured candies too lol like the fun dip and the smarties and sweet tarts
@angelnunez80142 жыл бұрын
If you have Efun..; not cascarilla, then yes.. you may eat it in small amounts. It is a nutrient all in it's self. Cascarilla has chalk and other additives.

@@moniqueburns8670 you can draw a sigil of protection behind their headboards , a cross, or the symbol of your faith that you believe in. You can also draw a line on the windowsills for protection, crush it and sprinkle underneath the matress.. follow your intuition as well to see fit
