I have heard of this case before and I still do not understand why/how Daniel’s fiancé or brother were charged with anything given neither had any idea what was going on, even after the fact. The fiancé was even recorded saying she would cooperate with the police.
@stee83455 ай бұрын
Because the brother had evidence of 2 murders and didn't initially come forward--same with the fiance--she def knew--Daniel told her about the box on the jail call. Not only that, but Rachel was caught by investigators corroborating Daniel's lies --the biggest about seeing Sam leave his apt with an unknown man in a black hat--when in fact he had already been murdered, which shows they "got their stories straight " so to speak before they talked to the police. Not only that, the entire end of the video explains how she was involved and her multiple suspicious actions.

What a shocking and very tragic story. Two innocent lives lost at the hands of a psycopath. Cold blooded murder and gets away with the death sentence. Hate the justice system wasn't enough that he murdered he cut up his body uh and the system thinks he can be rehabilitated. I don't think so. So sad extremely sad reinstate the death penalty full stop. My sincere condolences to both families and extended family and friends. ☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️😥😥😥😥🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏😠😠😠
@sonniskies76862 жыл бұрын
The reason why many oppose the death penalty is because humans make mistakes and one innocent person executed for a crime they didn't commit is too many. Then the state becomes the killer it seeks to punish. This dude is clearly guilty but there are cases of people who were innocent being executed only to be exonerated after the fact.
@everibarovski79632 жыл бұрын
@@sonniskies7686 sorry not accepting your theory. This guy was 300% charged and convicted of First degree murder. So you think this guy can somehow be rehabilitated oh give me a break. Give me the injection needle I would not have second thoughts. Never about the victims who did not deserve to die. Think about their families and friends and extended families. No forgiveness nothing this guy deserves the death sentence. I rest my case. How many have killed their whole familes young children and you expect me to let them rot in jail I don't think so. If you deliberately set out to murder someone that's cold blooded murder. Another do gooder. If it was one of your family members you would think differently. As the father of the murdered young man said:. "I would kill him myself". How much pain that father is going through is unimaginable.

It’s nuts how the state of California is protecting these people from their natural consequences. You take a life deliberately and for such petty reasons, you must forfeit yours, simple as. Such senselessness. May the two poor innocent souls who were taken from their loved ones and robbed of their full lives rest in eternal peace.

Both these people were killed using their being helpful. That is especially hateful in my eyes. If Sam had not tried to help that Bastard out of his financial trouble, that idiot would have never get the idea to kill him. And then he lured Juri in using her wanting to help a friend a need. Despicable. Also: no doubt the pretty fiancé was deeply involved. Bitch got off easy. Bet she's out there doing bad…
