on my tractor it wont crank unless both shift levers are in neutral.

Sorry @carbie5624, my dad ended up very sick in the hospital, for months I just go to work then go straight to the hospital until bedtime. I hope to get back to projects and content at some point but right now I need to stay focused on my family.
