Q)If dog bite in last month , and completed full dose of vaccine ,again patient had dog bite this month , then how the vaccination dose should be or patient need vaccination or not? Q) if patient had taken three doses , patient missed 4th dose , then we should reschedule vaccination ? Or continue as 4th and 5th dose ? Q) golden time to take rabies vaccination? Q) HRIG CAN TAKE WITHIN 72 HOURS?

As WHO immunocompetent individual only 4 dose of ( Intramuscular) Rabies vaccine is needed not 5 dose ( e. g. 0/4/7/14-28 )

No,for IM according to WHO it is exactly 0,3,7,14,28 but for ID(intra dermal) it is 2 site that is 0,3,7 & 28 days.

​​​@@jacobsaroh4228 you are correct but @AETCMEmergencyMedicine is also correct Actually for IM both are correct 5 dose regimen(1-1-1-1-1) and 4 dose regimen(2-1-1) while for ID there is 4 dose regimen (2-2-2-2).
