33 male , diabetic , tinnitus , giant instability , ear examination normal , mri brain normal , spine with L5 S1 disc bulge ,photo sensitivity on nd off ,head ache , retro orbital pain during the episode, no spinning but felling like moving when he sees moving object infront . While walking also. Carotid Doppler normal . X ray (cervical ) osteophyte, Used vertin 16 no relief , symptoms relieved by stugeron forte Sir wht might be the diagnosis , nd Further workup,
