Good Discussion.👍Now we have Biologic agents(TNF inhibitors )andJanus kinase (JAK) inhibitors to treat rheumatoid arthritis (RA).We need to watch for infections.Screening for tuberculosis infection prior to initiation of anti-TNF therapy..

Sir in case of Methotrexate induced neutropenia except stopping the methotrexate what we have to do????..... and how skin ulcer and palatal ulcers should be managed if happen to patient, whether they should be treated as same as general ulcers????
