Because Feminism and Feminists use words like sexist and misogyny at any decision that doesn't go a mother's way. Good Women need to shame women like Feminist who protect bad mothers from the system. Women care little what happens to men and boys, pathetic!

Equal treatment under the law, treat fathers as they do women. First of all, if the fathers are fit they should get their children. Mom is unfit, and shouldn’t get them back. Child Custody cases, CPS and the states really really need to get their crap together. Revamp the system. This is absolutely ridiculous that the children aren’t with their fathers, it isn’t in their best interest. Their interest is to be with a good parent and not a psycho.

Mr Bentz admitted to violence (admittedly only AFTER the dept got video proof/police report, but he did admit it, but who knows what else hes done that the dept hasnt got video evidence of 😳). Right decision for now in my opinion, supervised visits for now. It does drive me a little crazy when mum gets 'orrr you need more help because you held your child under water' but if it had been a dad who had done this he wouldnt see the child again and be behind bars! Is anyone else screaming at this case? Why is mom getting any visits? She's completely traumatized these children and she has yet to be compliant with the dv classes! As for education, it sounds reasonable to keep the child in school #3 til summer. Then she will have a couple of months to bond with dad and settle in to her new home. Hopefully the children are in- and will continue- counseling. This is so depressing🥺

@@maryholden3136 for the child’s sake they need to be reeeeeally efficient though! It was outside the US, but my ex’s first wife was dangerous-as in stabbed him with a knife, was in prison when delivering their twins. She was never allowed to be alone with them; following her release, she was given one hour professionally supervised each week. Their CPS equivalent assessed my ex’s family, drug tested him etc and they went home from the hospital in his care with strong family support. Kids don’t understand “better safe than sorry” and I just think there needs to be a really high bar for removing them from a parent.

Your statement rings so true! My dad didn't have his father growing up, and he raised myself and my two siblings in a 2 parent household. And my brother said to us that given his upbringing, the streets raised him, he was a damn good father and provider! May not have been the best husband, but he was definitely a dad!! I love that man!

@@nakela2 my best friend was adopted when he was 4. He acknowledges that his mother and father created him but weren't mom or dad quality (two addicts). His father left to try to get clean and his mother left the state with him and moved constantly due to her addiction. To him the couple who adopted him are his mom and dad. They chose him and love him. He's in his 40s now and celebrates his adoption day each year instead of his birthday. Conception makes a mother and father. Loving and care make a mom and dad.

54:33 the father’s reaction says so much. Holding back tears and you can tell he was keeping himself from reacting outwardly to hearing that his daughter will safely be placed with him. I sincerely wish them the best ❤️🙏🏻 Mom is a danger and I feel like so many stories of mothers killing their children start off with a history like hers. I’m glad that the court and the various attorneys/caseworkers are all in agreement about the safety issues with mom and the risk of harm to the child both physically and emotionally. I hope she gets herself and her life together for her sake and for the sake and safety of all her children.

If they let any of the children go to mom, or even give mom a pass on anything. For the moms lawyer, to say this would not have happened if he was home. The father is the only choice, this child can change schools 10 times and the impact won't be near what the mother has done to her. Now, the mom is still committing crimes of violence against the father, she needs prison.

She is a domestic violence offender and a mental health problem. That’s the issue . Not the damn make up or whatever she may wear . Wearing certain clothing or make up doesn’t mean anything . This was very tough for me to watch! My mom tried to harm (and likely kill) me when I was very young, but she was a MUCH slicker operator than this mother. From the outside, she looked perfect, loving, and devoted, but she greatly resented me, and it bothered her that my father sometimes put me first. After I became verbal, the physical hijinks stopped, and began abusing me psychologically. I am not a stupid person, but it was only after I became an adult, did I realize that the things were done to me, as opposed to ME doings things that put me at risk.

Lol you're hilarious. I have dedicated playlists for every court and they're in order. This isn't a series it's an ongoing docket. There's also a link in the description for the status Hearing. When I do a series, it's labeled as such with links in the description and a card link in the actual video. If you had any idea how much work goes into making things as easy to access as possible you might take a second and actually check for links before spewing nonsense.

Is it just me or does it seem like the dept worker, Ms, Shoaf seems a little sketchy?? Her slip of the tongue by saying “up here” vs. “up there” seems a little strange.🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️
