Case of the lost heat call

In this case, the building was cold as well as the four new hydronic boilers. The boilers would start and shut off after a few minutes. The call for heat light on the relay would also go out after a few minutes.The solution seems to simple now.

Well, speaking as a know it all control guy, I've found a little humility in the job meetings goes a long way to get everyone working together. Being an expert in your equipment does not mean you are an expert in what you control. That expert is usually across the table and is willing to work with you for the best results. You do a great job Ray

Not all control guys are know it alls I used to be one Worked for Johnson Controls for years before buying my company I agree with the humility I like suggesting what my boiler needs and asking the control techs input

Pls am always having issues of flame failure and burner tripping on vps

Not sure what vps is but most flame failures occur during the pilot stage. I would check the flame signal with a meter and see if it drops.
