I have some health problems and need a few surgeries but if I can get myself straightened out I miss this kind of training

@@timesuprepo2 well sorry to heart that I would say after you get your surgeries taken cared once your body starts to feel better,start out with low volume work outs do the lightest exercises you can after your body heals up after being carved up take it easy on yourself though, and take your time till you've gone into repetitive motions don't rush it though do what you can.

I done this type of upper body work out combined with running, and I nailed it for sure my shoulders was tighten up my arms was bigger and I felt the contractions in my arms it made feel like a beast maann...0:36 when your motivated you ain't gonna have no time to waste you'll be in the game so fast where you'll keep moving till your work is real talk.

You can train all you want but what separates the elites is the ability to take a punch which you cannot train. Look at Todd Duffee. A mountain of a man but drops like a sack of potatoes from the slightest of punches to his chin.
