I feel like he's usually messing around, but for the anime and cartoon thing, while he isnt wrong, anime is technically "cartoons" because they are both animated shows. The primary difference that really sets them apart is the cultures. Anime is almost primarily produced and released in japan, (then we get it sent over or whatever cause of crunchyroll, funimation, whatever) while over here we have our actual cartoons, (things like dexters lab, johhny bravo, the newer crap thats not as good lmao) so yes anime is sorta a cartoon, but thats just because the definition for both is that they're animated. The difference couldn't be more immense though, as you're literally talking about two different cultures and countries (:

Hey Case hockey players are top 3 toughest because we get bloodied and super tired and go out and get in fights every other game. I'm a goalie and it's the toughest sport I've ever played and watched, even with pads on it hurts super bad.
