A couple of mountain bikers were deep in a remote part of the Ochoco National Forest when their truck decided it no longer wanted to start for them. After hiking a few miles to find service, the owner was able to call me and we came up with a plan to get them out of there. I took the 4x4 tow truck out and did a little searching through the woods, then got hooked up and towed it back to the dealership

You're really doing an excellent job filming and narrating these videos, especially for someone working alone and running the cameras. I teach photography and videography, and that's very challenging to do while also doing another job on the clock. I really enjoyed the extra information you provide in some videos about things like how the snow is packed and how to deflate/inflate tires. Keep posting videos every week, and I'm sure you'll develop a really large KZbin following.

That forest looks spooky, I hate to be stranded there and be wondering if Bigfoot or a Dogman (Werewolf) would be coming by at night. I've been stranded once before in the mountains but good thing there was a coal mine and a busy road nearby. My brother hitchhiked back to a cousin who helped us pull out my truck from a mud pit. Even that was spooky too but I'm glad you helped rescue the guy from the mountain 👍🇺🇸..

I use to work for Weyerhaeuser in Washington near Mt St Helens. I worked graveyard out in the woods on a mechanics truck. One night it was overcast and extremely dark. It was about an hour and a half out to the equipment. All the way out there we told Sasquatch stories. What he had heard, what I had heard, you know. When we finely made it to the yarder, and turned off the lights, we were both too scared to get out of the truck for a couple of minutes. As soon as we got out and fired up the welder and turned on the lights, we were fine. LOL

FYI for future reference, if you think the key fob battery is dead. Look in the owners manual for where to place the fob in the car. Each vehicle has a location usually along the drivers side dash or center console where the key fob will still read if the fob battery is dead. Not the case as you found out here but just FYI. You have an good channel...you should check out Matt’s Off-road Recovery’s channel if you haven’t already.

Yes I know that and we tried it. The owner has also worked at the Toyota dealer his whole life and knows all the tricks as well. I talked to him today and it ended up being the brake pedal sensor. It was reading that the pedal was being pushed, so the computer wouldn't let it start.
