some extra info; i nearly missed my first flight because of a bad car wreck (that's why it took two hours to get to the airport instead of 35 min) i made that flight because it was delayed by the airline. that flight then was additionally delayed because of a medical issue and we sat on the tarmac for an hour and a half THEN because of that delay we landed late in Zurich and my connecting flight had already left without me. then the new flight was delayed for weather. then there were 2 accidents on our way to the event taking our 25 minute drive and making it a 45 minute drive. it was nuts but unlike usual none of the delays were my fault.

Andreas Schill no man I have to disagree with you. He put a lot of work into this one, alot of filming and a alot of editing. Basically an hourly update for 48 hours, having to pay attention to each hour. That's not an easy thing to do. The storyline flowed beautifully... so yes in my opinion it was a really great vlog.

The Notti Fam agree to disagree. He definitely put a lot of editing work into this vlog, you can clearly see his experience with it. But from a content wise I did not find it very entertaining, it is mostly watching him on an airport or plane. I travel quite a lot too, so for me this is not very exciting. He has a much greater potential and resources to create awesome vlogs.

I think the real strength with this one compared to his recent stuff is the cohesive and unique storyline, which is visualised with the hours motif. I found when he did daily vlogs, there tended to be a more put together story because he spent literally all his time doing them. He's now in a post-renaissance period where a lot of what he does is in result of his success (hard earned). I just hope he records more of it and has fun doing so :)

Seems sadly to be true. Anytime I make a comment related to the environment here it is completely ignored. I'm not sure I'm with the CO2 thing... noticed how new air routes and runways are rarely questioned in terms of the environment. Now no figures are published about the footprint of jet travel per person ie fuel used, decommisioning of aircraft, general pollution. Seems airtravel is not considered as being of any major impact. Honesty, I don't know why the video was suggested, but the incredible waste of resources is just what bothered me the most. A nonstop line flight from JFK to Colonge produces about 3800kg in CO2 emissions, not including the charter flight from Zurich to Colonge. This is about twice as much as my car emits during a whole year of commuting! I am trying a lot to reduce my carbon footprint, but when watching videos like this one I realize, it's completely hopeless

@@maxcimander188 Yes nuclear energy has low emissions, but that doesn't change the fact that you have tons of really dangerous waste laying around for centuries. It would probably make more sense to mix nuclear and solar/wind/hydro power instead of using solar and coal. But since everybody is afraid of nuclear power since Fukushima in 2011 happened, it seems like it's not an option

@@Mooooov0815 Best energy mix would be a little bit of everything so using a little but coal or fossil fuel is not necessarily bad also nuclear disasters have been extremely rare throughout history and you have to remember that Fukushima happened because of a huge tsunami and Chernobyl because of an old poorly maintained station. Chances of nuclear disasters are therefore significantly lower in Europe and areas less exposed to natural disasters. People nowadays realize that we need to save the environment and try to change their ways of life to reduce carbon footprint but what people don't realize is that we need to change our entire system because capitalism simply isn't compatible with the preservation of the environment. As long as our life is revolved around endless consumerism, we won't be able to make a significant change.
